Cancellation policy
Bound Membership
The Bound Membership is a recurring monthly purchase. By choosing the Bound Membership, you agree that you will be charged €25.00 per month for one Bound Box, plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes shown at checkout.
Your membership will renew automatically each month until you cancel it.
You can cancel your membership at any time through your customer account. You can also contact us at hello@boundreadingclub.com if you need assistance with cancellation.
Cancellation will stop future recurring orders and charges. If a recurring order has already been processed or shipped before you cancel, the cancellation will not automatically cancel or refund that order.
Your consumer rights
Cancelling your membership does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including your right of withdrawal.
For online purchases of physical goods in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period for goods generally begins when you, or a person you designate, receive the goods.
